Handling and reconstitution

  1. Allow the sealed vial to reach room temperature before opening to reduce condensation on the lyophilised cake.
  2. Reconstitute with a diluent appropriate to your protocol, adding it slowly against the vial wall rather than directly onto the powder.
  3. Swirl gently until dissolved — do not shake, as agitation can shear peptide chains.
  4. Label the reconstituted vial with compound, concentration, lot number and date, then refrigerate and use within the window your protocol specifies.
  5. Concentrations, volumes and study design remain the responsibility of the researcher; we supply material dry and provide no dosing guidance.

Delivery and returns

Orders clearing payment before the daily cut-off are normally dispatched within 48 hours on a tracked service, packed in an insulated box with a cold pack. Tracking details are emailed at collection.
