Shipping and returns
Everything ships from our own UK facility. Cold-chain items are packed in insulated boxes with a cold pack and sent on a tracked service, and anything ordered in the same basket travels in one parcel at no additional carriage cost.
Dispatch
Orders clearing payment before the daily cut-off are normally collected within 48 hours. Tracking is emailed at collection. If a compound in your basket is between lots, we contact you before dispatch rather than part-shipping or substituting silently.
Packaging
Vials leave storage at −20°C and are packed into insulated boxes with a cold pack. Sealed lyophilised material is considerably more robust in transit than reconstituted solution, which is why we ship dry and leave reconstitution to your protocol. Consumables are packed alongside without separate carriage.
Returns
Unopened, undamaged consumables may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item value. Peptide vials are temperature-controlled research materials and their storage history cannot be verified once they have left our facility, so they are non-returnable unless they arrived damaged or were incorrectly picked. In those cases, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund the item.

- How are temperature-sensitive items packed?
- Lyophilised vials travel in an insulated box with a cold pack. Sealed lyophilised material tolerates short ambient excursions in transit far better than material in solution, so a warm day in a depot does not compromise a sealed vial.
- Do you ship outside the UK?
- We dispatch from the UK and can quote for international destinations on request. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance are the responsibility of the buyer, and clearance delays are outside our control.
- Can I return an order?
- Unopened, undamaged consumables can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item value. - What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the parcel and vials. We will replace or refund a damaged or incorrectly picked item.
- How do I change or cancel a subscription order?
- Open your account and use the billing portal to pause, change or cancel an auto-ship subscription. Changes made before the next renewal date take effect on that cycle.
