Ordering and delivery

Who can order from Synapse Labs?
We supply university research groups, private laboratories and independent investigators working in vitro. Buyers are responsible for ensuring their intended use complies with the regulations applying to their institution and jurisdiction.
Can I order a compound that is not listed?
Often, yes. Email synapselabsjay@gmail.com with the compound, nominal vial content and quantity, and we will quote against current stock or an upcoming synthesis run.
How does the subscription option work?
Choose subscribe instead of one-time before adding an item to your basket to receive it monthly at a 10% saving. Subscriptions can be paused, changed or cancelled from your account at any time, and changes made before a renewal date apply to that cycle.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments are processed by Stripe at checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Products and handling

What purity do you supply?
Every lot is HPLC-tested and released only at 99% purity or above, with identity confirmed by mass spectrometry. The certificate of analysis for your lot is available on request.
Are vials supplied ready to use?
No. Vials are supplied lyophilised and sealed, so that concentration and diluent decisions remain with the researcher. Our reconstitution and storage guide covers the general handling routine we follow in the lab.
How should sealed vials be stored?
Store sealed lyophilised vials at −20°C, away from light and moisture. Allow a vial to reach room temperature before opening to avoid condensation on the cake.
Are bundles filled from a single lot?
Wherever stock allows, yes. If a bundle has to be filled across more than one lot we contact you before dispatch rather than splitting it silently.

Scope and legal position

Can these products be used in humans or animals?

Can you advise on dosing?
