1. Who we are

This website is operated by Synapse Labs, an online-only UK business. Contact: synapselabsjay@gmail.com.

2. Adults only

We sell only to people aged 18 or over. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over. We ask for your date of birth at checkout and record your confirmation. We will cancel and refund any order where we believe the buyer is under 18, and we may ask for proof of age before dispatch.

3. Research use only

All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not medicines, are not licensed for human or veterinary use, and must not be consumed, injected or administered to people or animals. We give no dosing or therapeutic advice. You agree not to resell or supply products to anyone under 18 or for human or animal use. We may refuse or cancel any order that we reasonably believe breaches these terms.

4. Orders and prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable charges shown at checkout. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We deliver to UK addresses only.

5. Monthly auto-ship subscriptions

If you choose auto-ship, you will be charged the price shown at checkout on the same date each month until you cancel. You can pause, change or cancel at any time from your account page, and changes apply from the next renewal. Cancelling stops future payments; it does not refund payments already taken for dispatched orders.

6. Cancellations and returns

For unopened laboratory consumables you have 14 days from delivery to cancel and return the item for a refund of the item price. Peptide vials are sealed, temperature-sensitive goods that can spoil and cannot be re-sold once their storage conditions are unknown, so the 14-day cancellation right does not apply to them once delivered. 7. Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a right to reject within 30 days. Please contact us as soon as possible with photos. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for any loss caused by use of products contrary to these terms. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
